— Implementation of training programs for food & beverages staff, customer and guest services, concierge service, front desk team, housekeeping staff and member services.

—  Helping to develop and update existing operations manuals.

— Responsible for coordinating with the Legal Department the establishment of legal parameters, including labor issues, permits and licenses.

—  Restructuring the Human Resources department, including staffing and training of
waiters, hostess, captains, and food and beverage supervisors.

— Liaison with the legal department to ensure compliance with licenses, hotel, food and beverages procedures, and any other requirements set by state, federal or county authorities. *Oversight of purchasing and warehousing controls.
